Call nowA monthly property check-in built for the coastal conditions Northwest Florida homes face. We look at the roof and visible property details affected by salt air, heat, wind, moisture and storms, document what we find, and give you a clear next step.
An active qualifying maintenance plan may support the Coastal Shield Home Maintenance Plan Certified record and an additional 20 years of SOS workmanship coverage, subject to the written terms.Leaks, burned-out bulbs, clogged condensate lines and small exterior failures are easier to handle when someone is already checking. The Coastal Shield Home Maintenance Plan gives homeowners and rental owners a recurring point of contact before the next storm, tenant call or surprise repair.

When the applicable maintenance requirements are completed, SOS can maintain a Coastal Shield Home Maintenance Plan Certified record for the property. It helps organize visit notes, photographs, priorities and the next recommended action in one place.
The designation is an SOS service record—not insurance, a government certification or a substitute for an authorized inspection. Final plan terms and project documents control.
Ask how certification is documented →These are planning ranges, not a binding quote. We confirm the property scope before enrollment.
Visible roof condition, flashings, penetrations, gutters and signs of wind or water intrusion.
Doors, windows, trim, visible drainage, exterior fixtures and the small details that affect the next storm.
Visible plumbing concerns, HVAC filter or condensate observations, bulbs, fixtures and obvious maintenance flags.
A concise visit summary tells you what we saw, what can wait and what should be repaired or referred out.
Florida insurers may offer credits for qualifying wind-mitigation features, but the feature and the documentation have to meet the carrier’s requirements. A monthly care visit by itself does not promise a premium reduction.
When it makes sense, SOS can help you identify questions for your agent and coordinate an appropriately licensed or authorized inspection. We do not issue an insurer’s certification unless the person and process are authorized to do so.
Review Florida’s official wind-mitigation guidance ↗Clear boundaries are part of good property care.
A qualifying SOS roof begins with a standard five-year workmanship warranty. Continuous eligible maintenance-plan participation and required annual reviews may add up to 20 additional years, for up to 25 years total under the final written terms. SOS construction work has a standard one-year workmanship warranty, and extended construction options may be discussed with a sales professional for qualifying scopes.
No. The Coastal Shield Home Maintenance Plan is a contractor-led property-care service, not insurance, a policy, or a promise of coverage or savings.
We document the condition, explain the practical options and can prepare repair work for approval. Simple repairs are invoiced separately unless the issue is a covered workmanship correction under the original written project terms.
Enrollment alone does not create a discount. Some Florida policies use documented wind-mitigation features and an accepted inspection form when determining eligible credits. Ask your carrier or licensed agent what they require.
We can document visible conditions and coordinate an appropriate licensed or authorized inspection when one is needed. We do not promise that a monthly visit or contractor note replaces an insurer-approved inspection.
The $47–$97 range is a starting framework. The final tier depends on property size, access, systems, visit scope and whether the property is a home, rental or small portfolio.
Share the basics and SOS will follow up about the property, access, systems and starting tier. This is an interest request, not an automatic enrollment.
