You do not need to know every SOS process on day one. You do need to be coachable, ethical, organized and serious about learning the roofing systems you represent.
- 01Roofing, construction, exterior remodeling or in-home sales experience is strongly preferred.
- 02Clear communication: listen carefully, explain written scopes and follow through on the next step.
- 03Comfort using a CRM, email, text, photos and mobile tools to document each opportunity.
- 04A valid driver’s license, dependable transportation and the ability to serve customers across Northwest Florida.
- 05Ability to inspect or document property conditions safely when trained, authorized and physically able.
- 06Professional appearance, honest recommendations and respect for customers, their property and their time.
- 07Self-directed follow-up, organized pipeline management and a team-first production handoff.

Learn how SOS presents roof covering, underlayment, flashing, fastening, ventilation and water-management details as one documented system.
Help customers understand inspections, ongoing property care and applicable protection options instead of treating every project as a one-time transaction.
Use the SOS Sales Training Portal to master the company, roofing fundamentals, Coastal Shield, sales process, referrals and lead management.
Work with management and production around written expectations, customer communication, clean handoffs and documented completion.
